Manchester Offers a Lot to Its Visitors

Whether you are a tourist, a business person, a shopper or a student we hope you are having/had a very good time in Manchester. Manchester offers a lot to its visitors and the Mancunians are very generous, warm and welcoming people with love. They have for a very long time received people from all parts of the world to settle or visit Manchester and make them feel at home. Visitors should consider themselves very lucky to be in Manchester and should appraise and appreciate the generosity of the people and the time spent in Manchester, the custom and the way of life in the city. 

 Although we will be happy to see people visiting Manchester and have it as their holiday destination  or come for shopping or study,  we will be very sad to see it changing or  turning into one of the cities that attracting a very  high number   of  visitors without planning  that leads to change in the character of the city and drive local people away because of some  people behavior and dealings  that  make local  people strangers in their own city and cannot even offered  fraction of the  prices  visitors can pay for  accommodation and entertainment etc.   . Visitors usually saved and prepared to pay high prices during their holidays and local people sometimes pushed out of their area and out of the places they used to go to because of inflated prices. Tourist attraction city is not always a blessing to everyone!!! Only for some who work in the tourist industry. It comes with a price. Some people who work in the tourist industry or have  establishments / companies that serve the visitors and make money others will suffer from the side effect, as  the prices will be inflated and the city services will be  stretched , We hope that Manchester expand the tourist industry with care for the visitors and the locals and the city authorities have planning, consideration and invest in the infrastructure and the facilities  that match the tourist industry expansion, which we believe expanding at least 15% a year as per the latest study .

This site, we hope, will promote and encourage people to visit Manchester and help them to have an enjoyable time but without forgetting people who are living here, and without prejudice to anyone, they come first. The visitors do not come just to see the buildings but to see the people the custom and way of life Manchester has.  We have a page for local people from all walks of life to tell about their life and their city. We appreciate everyone comments and opinions that can make Manchester better for the visitors when we can reach people who can help to make it better. Also, we have our photographer around taking photos of the visitors in Manchester. Hope our effort is appreciated so people can look at our site and see their photo(s) and remember the good time they had in Manchester.
